Complainers are good and rarely should you cut them loose. Most patients who are dissatisfied just stop doing business with you. The complainer will stay with you if you fix the matter promptly and properly. Our DVDs will give you six ways to turn complaints into opportunities.
I suggest that your practice avoids clichés such as “we exceed your expectations every day" or "our goal is to never let a patient down." We do not market our service strategies, you just deliver them and your patients will know that they are getting all that they expect. When someone tells me "it is our goal" I think to myself: come back when you are there.
If for any reason within 30 days you are not happy or completely satisfied with our program, just ship it back, no questions asked, for a complete refund.
Before shipping the DVD series there will be a very simple license agreement, which will state that this is series with workbooks is for the sole use of the purchasers with their employees. The purchasers cannot share or train anyone other than their employees.
We anticipate that a year from now there will be a second edition selling for $3500. You will be entitled to that edition for our duplication costs which will be between $50 and $80.
