Complainers are good and rarely should you cut them loose. Most people who are dissatisfied just stop doing business with you. The complainer will stay with you if you fix the matter properly. At our seminars I will give you six ways to turn complaints into opportunities.
I suggest that companies avoid clichés such as “we exceed your expectations every day" or "our goal is to never let a customer down." We do not market our service strategies, you just deliver them and your customers will know that they are getting all that they expect. When someone tells me "it is our goal" I think to myself: come back when you are there.
