Many years of my training in group and organizational development include a Bachelor of Science in education from Wayne State University, and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan. 

Group and organizational development was my concentration at the University of Michigan and has been my forte for many years.

I decided to follow a path in the business world and managed my family's dental laboratory. We were in Dearborn and Dearborn Heights for 53 years and known for our high quality and service to dentists throughout Michigan.

In 1989 and 1990 I was hosting a talk show in Detroit on WCAR. The focus was on fostering a team approach towards enhanced customer service in the work place. Requests for my seminars and speaking engagements led to the development of my consulting practice on a full time basis in 1992.

I have had the privilege of working with leading dental laboratories and dental practices across North America. The needs of each can be distinct, yet the principles of working with people and patient/customer service remains constant. We look forward to being of service to you.
